Another Christmas, another heartache.

This post is written in advance, because these few days had been so low, I can't imagine any happiness that December will bring.

A part of me always had this melodramatic personality, though it's been shunned for a very long time. I guess, some things can bring about change, and bring back old friends that never do.

Here goes..

I got my present much earlier this year

And that was when I first met you,

Then Santa came and then disappeared

My heart was broken, its true.

Maybe I was quiet, maybe I wasn't understood

I promise to be good next year, I really, really would,

Since I was taught a lesson, oh naive, gullible me

I'll harden my shell and mend what I could.

In all my words, I have not lied

So, Lord, be kind and comfort me tonight

Because inside, one part of me just died

On this one lonely Christmas night.

One of life's mysteries~

I lost my heart in an unexpected way

So I'll write this down today,

And hope that it soon will go away

But I'll leave these words here to stay.

I want to tell you about this one little girl

Who had her heart in such a whirl,

Oh how it was sweet and how she twirl

Because now she is one very. happy. girl.

Suddenly she felt very much wounded

For this is where her story ended,

Along the darkness she meandered

When the knight in shining armour left her stranded...

p.s. sometimes I wonder how such strong feelings well up inside me. If I am able to put it into pictures, will it go away?

A BIG THANK YOU!!
An unforgettable experience that was an unexpected surprise at being invited over at the V8 Supercars, Bathurst 2010 on the 9th and 10th of October. All the behind the scenes media production has instilled a sense of awe towards video and film production.. what a massive scale!

Empty shell

Just had a beautiful and quite wonderful shoot with Jelina and Jade + Cleo.
Was quite happy with the outcome overall, until after that, it hits me- emptiness. There was no 'umph', no story, no BIG impact.

I need to grow. I need to improve more.
I need to do it again.
